Bodybags. I've noticed a proliferation of small girls with mammoth rucksacks (I can never spell that bloody word) walking about Glasgow, presumably in preparation for T in the Park. Either that, or they're doing a Morvern Callar and the world has lost a hell of a lot of boyfriends to suicide... It's funny watching people trying to walk with those things - their entire centre of gravity shifts, making them walk like something out of an old horror movie - shuffling slowly, lurching and stretching their arms out in front of them. I'll keep an eye out next week for cases of severe sunstroke and alcohol poisoning - there'll be one or two, trust me... The position of drummer is well and truly filled, with not one, but two (á la Adam and the Ants) potential spontaneous combustion live on stage candidates. Strangely though, the T in the Park line-up fails to mention The Fluffer's headline slot on the Utopia Stage this year. You just can't get the publicity anymore...where were you when we needed you?
