Interesting that Britain could be held accountable too if Israel are adjudged to have committed war crimes in the Lebanon - and you'd have to say that, really, if you're fighting a War on Terror, apparently encouraging a nation to act in a way which creates even more militant opponents to your country is a pretty weird way of going about winning it.
